2. What are the qualifications of the instructors?

   • Well experienced trainers with minimum real time experience of 15 years in IT industry. Provided many trainings not just to students but also to business users.

3. How long does each course take to complete?

   • It depends on individual course and structure of each course.

4. Are there any prerequisites for enrolling in these courses?

   • Most of the courses starts with Fundamentals, there is no need of having prior knowledge needed for each course.

5. Do you offer certifications upon completion?

   • We do offer course completion certificate. Also, for few courses we encourage and guide students to finish relavent certifications from Microsoft, or Tricentis based on course.

6. How is the training delivered? (Online, in-person, hybrid)

   • Completely online, however you get access to videos lifetime.

7. Can I get a demo or trial class before enrolling?

   • Yes, you can navigate to Register for demo class.

8. What is the fee structure for the different courses?

9. How does the training in Microsoft Technologies differ from other courses?

   • Courses we offer or train mainly with the focus of student to get Job as early as possible. Also, if the student is currently working then either they can use their learnings at work or shift their career to these technologies

10. Is there a community or network for students to get updates from Conceptguru?

    • There is WhatsApp community available for all students to get the latest updates from ConceptGuru.

11. What are the class sizes and student-to-teacher ratios?

    • 10 students per class

12. How can I balance this training with my current job or studies?

    • Our trainings are completely hands-on based learning. So, we would encourage students to complete the exercises the same day. If not, you will get time during weekends to finish the learnings of that particular week

13. Do you provide any tools or software required for the courses?

    • Yes, there are trial version available for each course, students can leverage that in order to practice the learnings.
